Additional Terms & Conditions

• Must be utilized within 3 months of the original booking date.
• Guests will bear any price difference for alternative dates (e.g., peak or festive seasons).

Refunds or postponements will not apply in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

Bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling cannot be transferred to other guests.

Any deductions from the security deposit due to damages or policy violations will not be refunded, regardless of cancellation status.
